DuLac Farmaceutici Pursues U.S. Retail Expansion After ECRM Meetings

DuLac Farmaceutici is following up with prospective retail and distribution partners after participating in the 2026 ECRM Vitamin, Weight Management & Sports Nutrition Session, held September 14-17 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The Italian pharmaceutical company is taking another step in its effort to build a broader U.S. retail presence beyond its established Amazon business.

The event provided an opportunity to discuss DuLac’s Italian-developed portfolio with buyers across health, specialty, food, drug and mass retail channels. The company is now continuing those conversations to explore product assortment and distribution opportunities in the United States. DuLac’s portfolio includes its high-concentration Arnica Gel 98% range, topical leg-care products, and the Dinaven and Diosmin lines. The portfolio reflects the company’s Italian manufacturing expertise, botanical formulation capabilities, and more than 30 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.

DuLac enters these discussions with products already available to U.S. consumers through its Amazon storefront and OneLavi. Customer feedback provides an additional point of reference for prospective partners: The company’s Arnica Gel 98% listing on Amazon.com has an average customer rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars, offering prospective partners a reference point for consumer feedback as they evaluate the portfolio.

"Our priority following ECRM is to work with prospective partners to identify the DuLac products that best fit their customers and channels," said Gabriele Bollani, Founder and CEO of DuLac Farmaceutici. "We want to build lasting relationships by combining our Italian formulation and manufacturing expertise with a clear understanding of each partner’s commercial needs."

During the meetings, DuLac introduced buyers to the research and manufacturing approach behind its products, including its proprietary Arnica Montana Arricchita™ project and its work with botanical ingredients and advanced extraction technologies. The company’s European pharmacy heritage and Italian production provide the foundation for its portfolio. Follow-up discussions will focus on the products relevant to each prospective partner, their positioning and the requirements for a potential launch.

Following ECRM, DuLac is continuing discussions with prospective partners to assess product assortment, channel fit and distribution opportunities, while building on its existing U.S. e-commerce presence. The company's long-term objective is to establish DuLac as a nationally recognized U.S. brand across multiple channels, combining its European pharmacy heritage and Italian manufacturing with the consumer traction it has already established in the American market.

For the biohacking audience, this move signals a growing mainstream acceptance of botanical-based topical and wellness products with pharmaceutical-grade standards. DuLac’s expansion could increase competition in the U.S. natural products space, offering consumers more options for arnica and leg-care products. It also highlights the importance of e-commerce reviews as a validation tool for retail buyers, potentially influencing how other international brands approach U.S. market entry.
