The collaboration blends Graze Craze's handcrafted charcuterie boards with Dowlearn's wine expertise through an included Pocket Guide to Wine Pairings developed with her company, Confidence Uncorked. The timing of the launch coincides with the holiday season, offering consumers an upscale yet approachable entertaining option.
Each board features a selection of sweet and savory foods including premium meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, vegetables, house-made sauces, dips, jams, and indulgent chocolate. The accompanying pocket guide provides sophisticated insights into pairing with red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines, designed to help guests pair confidently at home. The Wine Pairing Board is available in three sizes to accommodate different group sizes and celebrations. The Large size serves up to 20 people for corporate events or large private tastings, the Small serves up to 10 for intimate gatherings, and the Picnic Box serves up to four for date nights or girls' nights in.
